Chocolate yoghurt popsicles
These dreamy chocolate popsicles are made with full-fat organic Greek yoghurt which makes them creamy and a little tangy. Greek yoghurt is higher in protein and lower in sugar content than regular yoghurt. They also make for a healthy afternoon or after school treat. For a dairy free option, substitute Greek yoghurt with plain unsweetened vegan yoghurt of your choice.
CHOCOLATE YOGHURT POPSICLES
Serves 6-7
500ml Greek Yoghurt
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons honey, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix for a few seconds until combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds. The number of popsicles you make depends on the size of the moulds.
Place in the freezer for at least one hour or until completely frozen.
