Whipped feta dip
A tangy, creamy cheese dip and delicious alternative for serving with crudites or crusty bread. Made with only four ingredients, this dip is easy to whip up and make ahead. Just pop it into the refrigerator and allow to soften at room temperature before serving.
WHIPPED FETA DIP
200g soft feta cheese
100g thick labneh
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra
1 small clove garlic (optional)
Place feta, labneh, olive oil and garlic into a food processor. Mix until the dip is very smooth and creamy.
Serve in a bowl with extra olive oil drizzled on top.
Variation: Add fresh herbs or chilli for extra flavour!
