These gluten free crackers contain some of the best seeds and herbs for promoting gut and hormone health. Zaatar is a popular Middle Eastern spice blend which is often used in conjunction with a Mediterranean diet. With aromatic herbs and spices like thyme, oregano, and sumac, these ingredients may offer support for inflammation, digestion and the immune system. Prepare these delicious seed crackers in advance and keep in an airtight container for when you feel like a quick and nourishing snack.
